  • Included in your trip package is your luxury accommodations, villa or hotels, airport transfers, meals and activities. Inclusions varies from trip to trip. We ensure everything is handled from the moment you land till you head back home to ensure a stress free experience.

  • All prices listed for our group trips are per person, double occupancy means you will be paired with another solo traveler or with a friend. Single occupancy means that you have your own room - there is an additional cost for a private room which varies from one trip to another.

  • If you are travelling solo or bringing a friend - it’s up to you! Our group trips are specifically designed to connect like minded travelers together so that you no longer have to wait on friends to travel.

  • We are happy to change your trip to another one. Simply email hello@deedottravels.com at least 60 days prior to the departure date of the trip you are currently signed up for, and we will switch your trips completely free of charge. All previous payments will go towards your new trip.

  • Our group trips range anywhere from 16-24 guests.

  • We welcome travellers aged 21+ on our group trips. For our private experiences we curate trips for all ages which includes families with children.

  • Please let us know if you are going to miss a payment. Your deposit and final payment are important for you to secure a slot on your chosen date.

  • You can amend your trip up to 60 days prior to trip departure. Differences in trip costs between your original and new booking may apply.

  • If you wish to cancel then the following cancellation policy apply:

    Payments made after your deposit:

    If you cancel more than 60 days before departure you will get a full credit towards a future trip and you use the credit to book a new trip whenever you're ready

    If you cancel between 30-60 days of your trip departure date, then you are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit and the remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.

    If you cancel less than 30 days before your scheduled departure date, you are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid.

    All payments are non-refundable but are transferable as a credit towards a future trip.
