I am Anu from Deedot Travels

Hi there, it’s nice to meet you. I’m Anu and I manage DeeDot travels along with my family. Deedot Travels used to be called All Things Travel and last year we rebranded to Deedot Travels.

My passion for travel, combined with many years experience as a cabin crew, then IT project manager and a business analyst led me to establish the company in August 2019.

We specialise in planning various types of group trips and destination events. Whether it's a destination birthdays, destination weddings, school trip, conferences, retreats, reunions for friends and families, bachelor & bachelorettes, we've got you covered.

At DeeDot Travels we go beyond being a traditional travel agent. We are dedicated travel enthusiasts who take pride in our knowledge and experience, ensuring we find the perfect destination for each of our clients. With access to a wide range of holiday products, we can create a unique and personalised travel experience just for you.

Here is how we make your destination event

seamless and unforgettable

We get to know you and your group.

We start by learning about your group dynamics, your reason for the trip, and your travel preferences. This helps us create a personalized daily itinerary that suits your vision perfectly.

We do the research for you.

After our initial conversation, we tap into our extensive industry knowledge to find the best destinations and accommodations tailored to your retreat. Our goal is to offer you options that perfectly match your needs.

We handle all the logistics.

From reserving room blocks and managing group RSVPs to coordinating event spaces, daily activities, food & beverage, and local experiences, we’ve got all the details covered. Everything you need is included with a Deedot Travels trip.

We negotiate for you.

Acting as your main contact, we manage all vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure the best payment terms—ensuring you get more value for your budget. We’ll also keep you on top of important deadlines.

Personalized itineraries.

As your event approaches, we’ll provide detailed daily itineraries through a convenient app, along with individual travel confirmations for each guest, so everyone knows exactly where to be and when.

HOW To join A Group

  • Choose a trip from the exciting destinations available.

  • Fill out the sign-up sheet on the Trips webpage to provide necessary information about yourself.

  • Wait for a response from the team. Within 48 hours, they will send a detailed email to discuss the trip and answer any questions.

  • Make your payment. The payment is divided into monthly installments based on the number of months remaining until the trip, excluding the last 3 months. The final payment is due 3 months before departure. If desired, you can choose to pay in full upfront.

  • Receive regular monthly invoices from the finance team to keep track of your payments.

  • An assigned Personal Concierge (PC) will assist you throughout the process. They will provide updates, help with any inquiries, and ensure your dream vacation becomes a reality. Expect a curated Welcome Package and an invitation to a private WhatsApp chat to connect with other travelers in your group.

  • Pack your bags and get ready for an unforgettable trip of a lifetime!
